Returns & Exchanges

A valid Return Authorization number must be issued by shopisabella.com and clearly marked on the outside of the package. Packages without an RA number will not be accepted.
A completed RA form must be included in box to identify whom the return is from and the reason for the return. To request a Return Authorization (RA) number please contact us at 773 281 2352. Failure to include this form will result in a delay of processing your credit or exchange.

RA numbers are valid for 10 days only.

We accept unworn, regular priced merchandise with tags still in place, in its original condition for  full refund or exchange.

All returns must be postmarked within seven days of the receipt of purchase.All returns received after 7 days will NOT be honored.

Isabella does not waive or refund shipping charges for any returns or exchanges. 

 Sale items and Special order items cannot be exchanged or returned. No exceptions.

All grab bag items are considered final sale items and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Shipping & Handling

We ship all packages via UPS. You will choose from: UPS Ground UPS Next Day Air ® UPS 2nd Day Air ® UPS 3-Day Select ® Please note UPS does not deliver to PO BOXES unless there is a street address. Please allow approximately up to five business days for processing and shipping - unless you have chosen an expidited method of shipping. Isabella Fine Lingerie cannot always guarantee the availablity of products. If you have ordered an item that is not currently available or that is on backorder, we will notify you via email or phone. If an item is backordered we will ship in-stock merchandise and ship backordered items as they become available. You will only be charged for items when shipped. Backordered items will be shipped via UPS Ground. In the event of multiple shipments you will not be charged more than your original shipping total.

 

 

Sales Tax

A 8.75% sales tax only applies to customers residing in IL.  

Isabella Fine Lingerie and www.shopisabella.com strongly recommend that you hand wash your fine lingerie - unless otherwise noted on merchandise tag. We are not responsible for damages which occur during washing. No exceptions.

All promotions exclude sale items. Promotions can only be used on non-sale merchandise.

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.

We encourage you to sign-up for our e-mailing list. These letters provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise, and other store-related events. But, of course, you have the freedom to add or remove your name from our list at any time.

To proceed to checkout, you must enter your e-mail address and create a password. The checkout process itself employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)* technology to insure your safety.

Furthermore, only our store will have your information; other members of the Modern Retail community will not have access to your information unless you decide to shop with them.

Shopping Online

To add an item to your bag, simply click the add to bag button next to it. (Items you put in your bag will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)

To remove an item from your bag, simply click the remove link next to the item you wish to discard.

To view what is in your bag at any time, click the "shoppingBag" link in the page header.

To purchase what you've selected, click on your shoppingBag and click "checkout". Follow the three simple steps to purchase your items.

Once we have confirmed your order, an account for you is automatically established for the Modern Retail community of stores.

To access your account in the future, click the "myAccount" button in the header of any page and enter the e-mail address and password you created at checkout.  (If you have not been through checkout, but would like to create an account, simply click on my account and follow the steps to create a new account.)
